An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. When you subscribe or post a comment on Grey’s Promotions website, you acknowledge that we will have access to personal data, mainly your name, email address and IP address, as it pertains to each particular comment.  Your personal data is stored inside of WordPress site in a protected manner. Your personal data is not collected with any other purpose than identifying your comments on our website.  You will not be contacted by me because of a comment you’ve posted.  Comments are moderated and any spam or inappropriate behavior will be blocked or deleted.

We may offer giveaways from time to time.  We will collect your name and email address so if you win, you can be contacted and arrangements made for you to collect the prize.

Some giveaways may be sponsored by a third party, such as an author or publisher. When this is the case, it will be stated in the giveaway so you are aware before entering the draw. We will share the winner(s) information only with the third party. This will be for the purpose of collecting the prize.
